We Are Suckers!

On Saturday, Noelle called to say that there was a puppy running loose in the neighborhood and asked if she could put it in the backyard. I said she could and that we would post signs to see if someone would claim the puppy. (no, we are NOT keeping it~you can only have three dogs here)

We put up signs and posted that we found the dog on Craigs List. Nothing. Today after dropping Michael off at school, I picked up the dog from the shop and took it to our vet to see if they might know who owned the dog or to see if by chance it had a chip in it. (it was much easier to have the dog at the shop. thank heavens it has heat now~big thanks to dad)

Bingo! The dog has a chip. However, the owner had given the dog to someone else who didn't change the chip information and they dumped the dog! (she said she would take the dog to the pound for us~don't think so) This is the cutest little dog. He is a Min Pin mix. The vet said he is about as big as he will get. He even has all of his shots. So, now I've posted the dog up for a good home on Craigs List and we are hoping to find a home for it. I don't think that there will be a problem at all. (fingers crossed)
