It's What A Fun Mom Does

She agrees to take her daughter and her friends to Boarders at 10pm for a "Twilight Premiere Party" and then sits in the coffee shop while said daughter and friends partake in "keep them busy" activities because you can't purchase the movie until 12:01.

She also says "yes" when asked if friends can spend the night because "we have to watch it at soon as we get home". She even agrees to make some super good popcorn on the stove.

She does this knowing that her day will start about 6:30 in the morning because her son has a soccer game at 7:30, her daughter wants to go to the thrift store to buy "clashing clothes" for an "anti-fashion show" at youth group, there's a car to pick up and a friend needs to bend her ear so there were be "no naps" in the afternoon.

That said, it's funny to look around and see the coffee shop filled with other moms waiting while their daughters are in "Twilight" heaven. I have already promised Noelle that when the sequel comes out in November, I'll take her and her friends to the midnight showing. I have a feeling when the sequel comes out on DVD, I'll be here again.
