Well, it's here!!!!
I met my goal of seeing all the movies up for best picture. I only didn't see one of them, "Precious". I just couldn't bring myself to see it.
I really liked "Up In The Air", but didn't like the surprise they provided in the movie. George Clooney was great.
"Inglorious Basterds" was very, VERY good. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the subtitles tended to blend in with the background making them difficult to read.
"A Serious Man" was a true Coen brothers film, some parts good, some parts not so good.
The last film I had to see was "An Education". It was a good movie, again with a twist.
All of that said, I believe that Best Picture will be "The Hurt Locker".
Best Director will be Kathryn Bigelow for "The Hurt Locker".
Best Actor will be Jeremy Renner for "The Hurt Locker".
Supporting Actor will be Christoph Waltz for "Inglorious Basterds".
Best Actress will be Sandra Bullock for "The Blind Side".
Supporting Actress will be Mo'Nique for "Precious".
We'll see how I do.
