Ending On A High Note

Well, I can honestly say I'm glad these last couple of weeks are over.

The kids and I got as far as Columbia on our way to Indiana to spend our annual week with the "Indiana Ehmke's" when the check engine light started to flash on the van. We had to turn around and come back. Turns out it needs a new head. I'm so glad we were able to go to Michaela's graduation and that we were only a couple of hours from home.

As if not going to Indiana wasn't enough, Monday, the kids, mom dad and I were out on the boat when Sean called. Someone had cut the catalytic converters off of two of the cars and had tried to do the same to a third. As luck would have it, one of the ones they removed belonged to the van! We found out that a place not far from us has six of them stolen. Sadly, those six belonged to customers.

As the week drew to a close, we sold two cars! What a way to end a crappy week.

Hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th!
